TIFPA in India for protontherapy

TIFPA has established a collaboration agreement with India in the framework of research in protontherapy. India has finally bought two accelerators that will be installed in Chennai (owned by Apollo Hospitals, a private clinics) and Mumbai (at Tata Memorial, a large public hospital). Both are IBA machines, very similar to the one in Trento. TIFPA will train Indian researcher and will participate in joint research program.
